xteink x3: this is my mini e-reader i use for when im out. i dont like using my phone, so having a way to read my faviorite stories is a nicety.

the user interface and app can be rather frustrating and clunky, requiring quite a lot of tinkering to get working. due to the device's network regularly being unstable, many of the internet-enabled features such as wireless uploads are difficult or impossible. additionally, the unit was supposed to come with a data USB pogo pin connector, but only shipped with a 2-pin charging only cable.

otherwise its a cromulent little device and does what i need it to after fixing it.

innoasis y1: this is my pocket mp3 player i use for audiobooks and my favorite music. it works as expected and has some neat themeing features. the buttons feel a little sloppy, and the haptic feedback options are all annoying so i have them turned off.

ibm thinkpad t42 this is my desk-bound laptop. it is a reliable workhorse that is currently running a 32 bit version of arch linux. i primarily use it for writing, because i really like its keyboard. the battery is completely shot, but that doesn't change how i use it. 1gb of preinstalled memory works just fine.

lenovo thinkpad x390 this is my primary laptop. currently i use it for development work and schooling. it is extremely light and has good power for what i use it for.
